[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill the Background with the black colour as in the image below.
[3] Write any text with the white colour i have taken this one.
[4] Press Cntrl A Then press Cntrl+Shift+C to copy merged.
[5] Goto channel make a new layer and paste it .
